The building that was once Barclays Penarth branch is on the market.

The property, located on Windsor Road in the heart of the town centre, is on the market with EJ Hales estate agency.

It is being advertsied as £55,000 PAX (per annum exclusive) for a ten year or longer lease.

"Situated on Windsor Road in the centre of Penarth, this property comprises ground floor retail accommodation with two upper levels that have previously been used for office / storage accommodation," states the description.

"There is side access from Bradenham Place and car parking for 3/4 cars at the rear.

"The property is situated in a prime retailing location with immediate occupiers in the vicinity.

"Alternatively the property is currently held on a medium term lease at a fixed rent of £30 per annum. Terms will be considered for the sale of this interest for a premium."

The building has been stripped of its Barclays branding and signage, after closing for good on 27 August.
