Extra tickets have been made available for the Music and Street Food Festival at Penarth Lawn Tennis Club tomorrow (May 28).

The festival was getting close to selling out today, with more than 1,000 tickets already snapped up, and the club has decided to put a limited number of tickets available for sale at the gate.

Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

The festival will feature Indian and Mexican food stalls along with pizza and artisan doughnuts.

Five bands will be playing a wide range of music. There is a folk singer and a jazz quintet along with three cover bands playing music from the 1960s to the present day.

A disco will finish off the evening as well as the Cardiff-based soul band, GrooveLine.

Doors open at 12:30 and the festival is due to end at 20:00.
