Penarth is returning to normal... events are back! Take a look at what's going on in the town in our recently revamped What's On section.

Our town is a pretty unique place. So isn't it fitting that our Event of the Week eccentrically combines harp, yoga and coffee in Alexandra Park?

This Sunday (27 June), harpist and music teacher Martha Powell will be plucking soothing background tones to a yoga class led by Megan Nasse.

Town-renowned tricycling coffee guy Piotr Skoczylas of Stol Coffee will be there to provide refreshments.

Here's what he had to say about it in our events section.

Reconnect with yourself and the natural world while listening to the harp live, moving along with Meg and her guided yoga session. I'll be there with the Stol Coffee bike providing meaningful conversation, speciality filter coffee and homemade cookies. You must book your slot with Meg for yoga (get in touch: insta: @movingwith.meg or send an email to [email protected]). If you're interested in live music and some chats only then just stop by! It would be awesome to have you!

Coffee bike times 10.00 - 12.00

Yoga start 11.00am

Megan operates a sliding scale/tiered pricing system, ranging from £4 to £10 per session.

Contact her via the above details for more information.
