Penarth is returning to normal... events are back! Take a look at what's going on in the town in our recently revamped What's On section.

Each week, we pick an event to showcase. Today we've chosen the Vale of Glamorgan Walking Festival.

Here's what the organisers have to say about it on our events page:

In its 12th year the Vale of Glamorgan Walking Festival organised by the local charity; Valeways and with volunteer walk leaders from many walking and special interest organisations, offer 26 walks for all to enjoy.

These all take place within the Vale of Glamorgan and of different lengths and difficulty including those with historical or natural history interest.

Visit our website for details of every walk and to buy tickets at £3 per adult and under 16's are free.

There is something for everybody – see you soon!
