Last month, Nub News covered the return of Penarth TKD, which had not held an in-person class since the latest lockdown was imposed.

The return has been a resounding success. All present were thrilled to be back throwing punches and kicks in a fun and instructive environment.

Instructor and 4th Dan Victoria Phillips is a passionate and informed advocate for the martial art.

She hopes to attract more Penarthians of all age groups to the class.
