A Domino's delivery rider has been injured after a serious collision on Stanwell Road, just off the railway junction.

Paramedics and a plain-clothed individual are currently treating the man with a gaseous pain killer.

He is conscious and a police officer told Nub News that he expects the man will be okay, despite the pain he is clearly in.

After lying on his front for roughly 20 minutes - according to a witness - he was turned onto his back by those treating him and police officers.

They are waiting for a larger ambulance than the rapid response vehicle present to take him to hospital.

It is apparently five minutes away at the time of writing (18:03). It was called at 16:46.

According to a witness, he has now been outside in the rain for roughly an hour.

The Domino's Honda moped is severely damaged.

UPDATE:

An ambulance arrived at 18:15. It left with the man inside at 19:13.

A black van came to take the damaged moped away.

Nub News is hearing reports that the injured man collided with a van before hitting the railings.
