Police appeal after Penarth boy goes missing

Police are concerned for the wellbeing of 14 year old Julian Couliably.

Julian is 6' 2'' and was last seen on the morning of the 10th of April.

He was reported missing by his family in Penarth but he also has links to Cardiff Bay & Cardiff city centre.

If you see Julian please call the police on 101 and quote the reference number: 127870
