Penarth: Community comes together for local councillor

Representatives of community organisations came together at the Civic Service of Councillor Anne Asbrey, chair of the Dinas Powys Community Council.

Held in St Peters  Church, there were readings by Richard Grigg and in Welsh Elinor Elias Jones.

Hymns including Calon Lan and Guide me, O Thou Great Redeemer.

The Reverend Andrew James conducted the service with Richard Brooksby as organist.

The Amigos provided the musical entertainment.
