17th Feb 2020 | Local News

The police have just announced that Andrew Road has reopened after a suspected incendiary bomb was found in a property.

Congestion and delays due to road closures were reported by communters during rush hour with many taking hours to get home.

Local residents were grateful to Penarth Leisure centre for their hospitality.

The management and staff handed out food and drinks to families and other Cogan residents throughout their four hour stay.

The police kept those who had been evacuated regularly updated and the incident is no longer live.
