Brass Band present Free Remembrance Concert.

Vale of Glamorgan Brass Band, (Musical Director Dan Dennis), will mark the 2023 Remembrance weekend with a concert at The Salvation Army Hall in Plassey Street, Penarth on Saturday, 11 November at 7.30.

The concert will include music from both film and TV with its focal point on the Act of Remembrance which will include the Two Minute Silence, Last Post and Reveille.

The Band will be supported by The Penarth Salvation Army Choir.

Penarth Town Mayor, Cllr Mellisa Rabaiotti will be in attendance as well as Squadron Leader Will Henry, the Poppy Appeal Organiser for Penarth, and representatives of the Penarth Branch of The Royal British Legion.

Entry to the concert is free but will include a freewill collection with the proceeds donated to the Poppy Appeal.
