Blu Hair Design in Penarth has released a quick hair tutorial for residents to try out while in isolation. They hope this will form a number of hair tutorials over the lockdown period.

Alexis, a co-owner of the salon, has put together the first clip to show local residents a simple ponytail style they can achieve from their own home.

Blu said: ''Alexis showing us her go-to hairstyle at the minute. This hairstyle is an amazing way to style clean or dirty hair with minimal products and equipment.
