Birthday surprise for assistant clerk

Dinas Powys Community Council Assistant Clerk Jeanette Haigh is about to celebrate a significant birthday. So community councillors contributed to purchasing some lovely plants for her garden.

Community Councillor Lara Stephens presented the plants to a delighted Jeanette

This includes a beautiful rose called Summer Beauty, a white hydrangea and a tree - Salix Integra 'Hakuro - Nishiki'.
