Penarth Business Group is once more inviting young artists in the town to engage and take part in its summer arts competition

There are four categories for young artists to choose from: 'Shop Local' poster for under 12 years and 12 to 17 years inclusive, as well as 'My favourite Penarth shop, eatery, business, or shopping area' for the same age groups.

Young people taking part are invited to dand in their submissions at Griffin Books, Glass by Design, or Hi-Plan Copyprint before the closing date on Friday, 1 September.

Artworks will be displayed in local shops and businesses throughout September, and winners will be selected by a distinguished panel of judges, with an additional 'People's Chouce' vote. The prize-giving ceremony, hosted by the Town Mayor, will be held in October.
