Saturday morning (10:00 – 14:00): Grow Food, Eat Well – Food Growing Workshop

The title of the workshop is inspired by Alan Carter's book, A Food Forest in your Garden. (Image credit: Penarth Growing Community)

This month we are welcoming local horticulturist and gardening for well-being advocate, Emma White, who will join us at midday to share her knowledge of propagation.

The theme for this month is 'a food forest in your garden' and we will be exploring the idea of companion planting much more deeply, as we learn about growing an edible garden, and planting in guilds and polycultures.

The title of the workshop is inspired by Alan Carter's book, A Food Forest in your Garden.

Remember to bring a packed lunch and a chair if you have one.
