Sunday (10:00 – 15:00) Get Out! Mindfulness Retreat Day

A day out in nature with like-minded people, that will help you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and take a break from demanding everyday life.

I am Lene, co-founder of Dawnstalkers and founder of the Get Out! Mindfulness Retreat Days. I moved to Penarth in August 2020 and watching our Dawnstalkers Community grow over the last year inspired me to now fully concentrate on helping people reconnect with themselves.

I take groups of 6-8 people out on a led group hike and guide several meditations and mindfulness exercises along the way. We will also go for a cold-water dip in a lake - the best way to put aside all your thoughts and just be in the moment.

As the Retreat Day is guided and planned (even lunch is sorted!), you don't have to think about anything for that day, all you must do is allow yourself to take a day off and sign up. Then you just come along and enjoy the peace.

You will come back home into 'Real Life', feeling energised and nourished, ready to tackle the next days and weeks with a positive mindset.
