Tickets have been released for Belle Vue's Music in the Park which returns for its 11th year.

Eight local bands will entertain the community at Music in the Park on Saturday the 17th of July, 2019.

The bands will play non-stop music from 2pm-7pm and can be found listed below (in order of performance):

  • Cheating Hearts
  • Maddy Carver
  • Karmen Field
  • Little Rock
  • The Snorklers
  • Knitwear Junkies
  • The Woods
  • Grooveline

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own picnic blankets and picnic snacks as Music in the Park returns to its roots.

A small range of light refreshments will also be available throughout the day.

This year is the first time the event requires ticket purchase. The website outlined the following reasons: 'The costs involved to run Music in the Party safely and efficiently have increased significantly in recent years.

'This years event could not have gone ahead without securing additional funding through ticket sales.'

The money raised will be used to put Music in the Park on and in the event of any surplus funds, these will be used to help fund future community events at Belle Vue Park.

Friends of Belle Vue Park, the event organisers, is a small group of volunteers who aim to improve the park and arrange community focused, not for profit, events.

The prices are as follows: Free for Under 16's (children still require a ticket) & £5 for over 16s. Under 3's do not require a ticket.

Sunday 7th July 2019, 2pm-7pm (gates open at 1pm)

Tickets are on sale now and can be found by clicking the red button below. The link also has details of all the bands and our amazing sponsors.
