Penarth leisure centre is encouraging New Year exercise resolutions with free fitness passes for local businesses.

The leisure centre on Andrew Road announced its 'Fit for Business' offer on social media yesterday (Monday, January 11).

For seven days, the pass entitles Penarth business owners and their employees to use various facilities including the gym, swimming pool and badminton courts for free.

Also included in the complimentary seven days is access to the leisure centre's timetable of Fitness Classes, including Les Mills Virtual.

To get hold of passes for you and your colleagues, all you have to do is send Penarth Leisure Centre a direct message or contact them on 01446 403 000.

Following that someone will deliver the passes personally – and new fitness regimes can commence!
