Launched in 2004 and based in Penarth, TicketSource is a free, online ticketing and box office management platform that is used by thousands of event organisers cross the UK, Europe and America. Our dedicated team are passionate about helping event organisers run their events smoothly and successfully. Our aim is to provide a professional, friendly and simple online ticketing experience to event organisers of all sizes and their customers.

Box Office Team Member, Part-Time

Our Box Office Team Members provide assistance to ticket-buying customers by phone and email, selling tickets for events across the UK and helping with booking queries.

Preferably you will have a passion for theatre, arts or events. Other key attributes are strong communication skills (both written and spoken), the ability to quickly become an expert in using the TicketSource platform to sell tickets and trouble-shoot booking issues.

But critically, you will have the ability to deliver a world-class customer experience so our customers are singing with joy and giving us 5-star reviews! A commitment to working hard but bringing your own sense of fun to the TicketSource Team is essential.

We will try to provide you with set hours each week which will include evenings (until 7.30pm) and Saturdays on rotation.

However, flexibility is expected to cover busy periods and staff leave/sickness. Occasional Sunday work is required in the run up to Christmas. This is an office-based role, located in central Penarth.

The rate of pay is £9.23 per hour with access to the company profit share scheme after probation.
