The Vale of Glamorgan Council is looking for an "an innovative business" to take over the old pitch and putt kiosk at the end of Cliff Parade.

They are offering the property on a three year lease and say that "recreational or community use would be likely options".

Takeaway food and drink providers will also be considered, subject to planning permission.

The property is situated adjacent to the free car park, the playground and an open green space where the pitch and putt once was.

"An exciting opportunity has arisen at Cliff Tops, Penarth," say the Council in their plan.

"The Council is looking for an innovative business which will take on this unique building and enhance the local area and sea front."
