Our client, a leader in immunohistochemistry (IHC) for Cellular Pathology/Histology, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their Tissue Diagnostics sales team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting the value proposition of our client's innovative products. Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead Account Sales Strategy: Take charge of the sales strategy and execution for the product portfolio in your territory, working closely with Customer Account Managers, Product Specialists, and other key stakeholders.

Manage Complex Procurement: Navigate the intricacies of pan pathology procurements with creativity and discipline, ensuring that sales methodologies are executed promptly and thoroughly.

Market Development: Identify and analyse changes in the NHS landscape to maximise opportunities and minimise threats, keeping abreast of payment, procurement, tendering, and NHS processes.

Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing Roche sites while also seeking to acquire new ones.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, our client is looking for individuals who possess:

A BSc (Hons)/BA Degree or equivalent in a life science, or related experience (Biomedical Scientist background preferred) and prior field sales experience or laboratory knowledge.

Strong skills in customer needs assessment and building effective relationships, alongside a solid understanding of Cellular Pathology and cancer pathways.

Resilience, tenacity, and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment, with a creative mindset to redefine best practises.

A self-motivated, methodical approach, capable of working independently while effectively sharing knowledge with the team.

A credible sales presence, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable implementation and drive commercial excellence using the latest digital sales engagement tools.
