SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for a growing company based in Leicester.shireThe Account Manager is a varied role with the main areas of responsibility below. The role will be to manage and own these areas with the Account Director to oversee. The successful individual will have experience in loyalty, incentives and or digital marcomms campaign management.As the Account Manager you will -o Set up: research, design, planningo Implementation: general project management, website development (bespoke or platform), content management and administration support on client programso Creative: liaise with designers to help develop creative concepts digitally and in print, set up and update website content (copy, images, videos) using our content management systemo Communications: Create and manage effective comms plans across channels. Includes design direction, email template set up, web page set up (basic HTML understanding desirable), content and scheduling, through to reporting impact of communications.o Website Content - updating website content and testing to ensure accuracyo Data Management: verifying, interrogating and testing to ensure data received meets requirements. Uploads and testing incl. registration, email recipient and performance data.o Reporting: support the creation of bespoke client reports in client friendly format, taking ownership of monthly MI reporting; analysing with the account director to provide insight, recommendations and developments to the client to maximize KPIso Budget Management of each programme managedo Manage Suppliers effectivelyo Ensure excellent customer service and quality deliveryo Attend and lead appropriate meetings as and when requiredIf you feel you have the right skills for this role please apply today, Full and Part time hours will be considered for this role.
