You'll be chatting with candidates from the German market, getting hands-on experience, and using your language skills every day in a real, meaningful way. No experience? Don't worry! We'll show you the ropes with full training and ongoing support. We're all about learning together, helping each other out, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.You'll be working alongside German speakers and colleagues from across Europe. We've got over 7 nationalities and 12 languages in the office! The role: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates via databases, job boards, and social media; conduct interviews to assess fit for client needs. Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive recruitment experience. Recruitment Support: Deliver quality profiles and manage hiring projects efficiently for consultants. Job Advertising & Coordination: Create bilingual job ads and coordinate communication with candidates.
