Account ManagerLocation: South-West and Wales (Remote / Field-Based) - ideal base Bristol, Exeter, CardiffSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Company Car + Laptop + Mobile Phone

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in school uniform sales to take ownership of a high-potential region. This role involves working across retail partners, schools, and direct-to-parent sales channels - managing and growing accounts, securing new contracts, and identifying fresh opportunities to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within retail accounts through new school uniform product introductions, expanded ranges, and competitor conversions.
  • Secure school uniform contracts by building strong relationships with school leadership, parent associations, and governing bodies.
  • Oversee B2C sales activity, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with retailers and internal teams to ensure orders, pricing, and lead times are met.
  • Manage clearance stock sales through effective wholesale strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3-4 years' proven sales success specifically in the school uniform sector (B2B and B2C experience highly advantageous).
  • Demonstrated ability to win and retain school uniform contracts and develop long-term relationships with schools, parent associations, and retail partners.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with experience engaging decision-makers in both educational and retail environments.
  • Excellent organisational and route-planning abilities to manage a varied portfolio across a wide geographical region.
  • Proven success in introducing new school uniform ranges, managing seasonal sales peaks, and delivering against promotional timelines.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively across the South-West and Wales region.
