Technical Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a Design/ Technical Manager to work for one of the UKs most prestigious residential developers on an iconic new build scheme in central London. The project will deliver in excess of 1000 units and includes commercial and retails space as well as large public spaces. The project is split over multiple blocks ranging from 100 - 350 units with some high-rise blocks reaching 15 storeys. This role will be site based, working on the delivery of the next phase of the development while reporting to the technical lead on the project
Requirements for the Technical Manager role
- Experience working in a Design/ Technical Management role with a main contractor or developer
- Experience working on large residential projects
- Experience with RC frame projects
