Retrofit Coordinator job based in Cardiff. Working with a small consultancy to deliver decarbonisation work. Your New OrganisationMy client is a consultancy specialising in delivering innovative decarbonisation schemes for social housing providers. Their mission is to create sustainable, energy-efficient homes that improve the quality of life for residents while reducing carbon footprints.Your New RoleYou will need to be a qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator to oversee and manage retrofit projects aimed at decarbonising social housing. This is a client-side role, requiring excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will need previous experience within a construction discipline, either working on the client-side or as a contractor. Participate in the senior management team's strategic development by identifying and implementing ongoing continuous service improvement Facilitate staff development, including mentoring, delivering training, facilitating regular team meetings, observing practice etc. Ensure adequate provision of services for all women, children and young people accessing the service. To respond and manage service user feedback Adhere to the organisation's policies and procedures and comply with data protection legislation, safeguarding legislation, confidentiality and information sharing policy and procedures and all legislation connected to your work. Support service users and advocate internally and externally using a trauma-informed holistic approach. Work effectively in partnership with statutory and non-statutory agencies What you'll need to succeed You will need at least 6 months experience in a managerial role supporting victims of domestic abuse, understand how to respond to safeguarding issues and understand the legal responsibilities surrounding the issues. You will also need experience of managing referrals, working within a multi-agency and legislative framework, and you MUST HOLD AN IDVA TRAINING CERTIFICATE.
