They have an emphasis on sustainability which has at the forefront of their builds. Due to thriving in the current market they have opened a new division which is exceeding targets and therefore are looking for an additional Technical Coordinator to join the team.In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts. You will procure utility packages, oversee NHBC and building regulation applications and handle any onsite issues. The company are committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.The ideal candidate with have technical experience, preferably more engineering bias, working in the residential sector looking to join a medium size housebuilder who have a clear 5 year growth plan to double turnover.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good technical knowledge to take the next step in their career in a brand new position and progress your career.The Role

Co-ordinate internal and external verification processes, liaising with awarding bodies, external verifiers and the Colleges exams team8. Support the Centre Director to ensure that programme teams are consistently high performing through effective use of the Colleges performance management system, including conducting performance review meetings.9. Lead, motivate and support programme teams so that they can make a full and valued contribution to the development of the programme area.10. To deliver 324 hours per year of scheduled teaching11. Support and lead the team to fully prepare for external/internal inspection and all audits.12. Effectively manage all cost centre budget allocations in line with the Colleges financial regulations.13. Be responsive to internal and external college initiatives14. Be an active member of the cross college teaching and learning observation team.15. Work with marketing and others partners to raise the profile of the area.16.
