Divisional Manager Roofing & CladdingLocation: Stirling and Falkirk, ScotlandSalary: £55,000 £62,000 + Company Car

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead and grow our commercial roofing and cladding division. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing high-value projects (ranging from £50,000 to £1 million) while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Roofing & Cladding division.

  • Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to maximise performance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary senior point of contact.

  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the division.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the divisions client base and service offering.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record in a senior management role within the commercial roofing and cladding sector (e.g., Divisional Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager).

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Solid understanding of health & safety, compliance, and industry best practices.
