Job Opportunity: Multiskilled Door Engineer

Location: UK-Wide Travel

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + On-Call Pay

Hours: Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday) Fixed Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multiskilled Door Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in automated doors, steel doors, fire doors, and roller shutters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain a wide range of doors including:
  • Automated Doors (with experience in Insight Automation and Ellard systems)
  • Steel and Fire Doors
  • Roller Shutters
  • Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies
  • Accurately complete job reports and customer documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar engineering role
  • Competence with Insight Automation and Ellard systems (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Flexibility to work overtime and participate in an on-call rota
