Their model is based on private instructions, in the form of Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non lender work)

Those who have recently qualified, or soon to qualify as AssocRICS via SAVA and other routes are encouraged to apply

The Person and Role:

• MRICS or AssocRICS
• VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS)
• Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports (Level 2) and Building Surveys (Level 3)
• Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
• Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.
• High quality and low volume
