CardiffWe are looking for Paralegals to join us at Admiral Law!You will advocate for clients injured in road traffic accidents, guiding them in their claims against the defendant. The successful candidate will manage a caseload from the initiation of claims through to settlement. This period can be challenging for our clients, so your support and empathy will be crucial from the start of their journey. Outstanding client care is a key requirement for this role, and the successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in using the telephone as their primary means of contact.In addition to investigating the circumstances of the accident, you may also be tasked with examining your client's Personal Injury claim. Your responsibilities will include gathering medical evidence to support the claim, assessing the injuries sustained, and collecting all necessary documentation related to their losses.With your own caseload, you will provide guidance to clients on the most effective course of action. In this fast-paced role, you'll manage and advance your caseload using our in-house case management system, in alignment with our SLAs, while keeping clients updated on their progress throughout the process.This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch their legal careers.
