The role:

  • Support fee earners with conveyancing transactions
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders & solicitors
  • Prepare draft documents, contracts & transfer deeds
  • Order searches, request redemption figures & handle completions
  • Maintain client files and compliance standards
  • Deliver excellent client care at all times

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Property law
  • Strong communication & client service skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office & case management systems
  • Professional, proactive & calm under pressure
