SC Cleared ServiceNow/SNOW Developer - 3-6 months - £400-480pd Inside IR35 - London (Hybrid)

My client are a Global Consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications and workflows that support business objectives and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow's SPM suite, applications, modules, and workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other areas.
  • Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.

Required qualifications

  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, or Performance Analytics.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
