Software Engineering Team LeadCardiff (Hybrid Working)Up to £75,000 + BonusCPS Group are supporting an established technology-driven organisation in Cardiff who are looking for an Software Engineering Team Lead to join their growing software engineering function.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer or Team Lead who enjoys technical leadership, mentoring engineers and shaping engineering practices. You'll play a key role in guiding Agile teams, influencing architecture and helping drive the technical direction of a modern software platform.The RoleYou'll provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, supporting delivery, improving engineering standards and helping engineers grow. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered against estimates/to time, and to cost.This is a predominantly hands-off role, however you'll be expected to et stuck into development when timelines are looking tight.
