Design, implement and manage core IT infrastructure.Maintain and support Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Own backup and recovery using Veeam.Patch and maintain high availability systems.Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls.Support Azure infrastructure within a hybrid estate.Work with Operations and Security teams on policies, standards and best practice.Carry out system audits and produce technical reports.Act as a senior escalation point and provide guidance to internal teams.
