  • Provide direction across modern technologies including Power Platform, .NET, and Dataverse, while helping upskill developers from Legacy backgrounds.

  • Drive adoption of best practices, agile delivery, and a "one team" culture.

  • Work closely with data architects and oversee delivery across multiple projects.

  • Act as a mentor and change leader, helping the team embrace a modern tech stack and new ways of working.

About You
  • Experienced leader of software engineering or development teams.

  • Proven track record managing teams working with Power Platform solutions (Dataverse, .NET, integrations).

  • Strong technical background (not necessarily hands-on now, but able to guide and challenge).

  • Skilled at leading teams through digital transformation and cultural change.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence and shape the future of software engineering within a business that is modernising at pace.
