- Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across Northern UK.
- Engage decision-makers and build relationships at senior level.
- Support solution-based sales conversations in data, software, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to scope proposals and win new projects.
- Maintain pipeline activity and accurate CRM records.
- Attend client meetings, company events, and industry networking sessions.
- Experience in a sales or business development role within IT recruitment, software consultancy, or technology services.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a natural ability to influence.
- Ambition to progress into a consultative, solution-led sales career.
- Knowledge of technology (cloud, data, or software) is an advantage but not essential.
- Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- £45,000-£60,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £90,000-£120,000
- Largely remote working with flexible office collaboration
- Excellent training and career progression within a scaling consultancy
