£30,000 to £45,000 DOE + uncapped commission

We're expanding the Tech team at Yolk and hiring two permanent recruiters and one experienced contract biller. All roles are 360 and come with proper autonomy, support and a clear path to grow your own vertical.

What you'll be doing

. Running the full 360 recruitment cycle

. Building and owning a vertical within Tech & Digital

. Developing long-term client partnerships across start-ups and established brands

. Managing your pipeline, strategy and desk development

. Working closely with a supportive and ambitious team

Who we're looking for

Permanent consultants at two levels:

. Junior to mid-level 360 recruiters who want support, training and a route into senior-level roles

. Experienced perm recruiters who can step in and run their own tech vertical from day one

Contract consultant:

. A proven contract biller who understands pace, margin, compliance and contractor management

. Someone who can develop new business and grow tech accounts confidently

Across all roles:

. 360 recruitment experience (open on level for perm, essential for contract)

. Strong communication and relationship-building skills

. A proactive approach and the ability to own your workload

. An interest in the Technology & Digital sector, or experience within it
