You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing candidates, ensuring they meet compliance standards, and providing support for the recruitment process. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the team, and you'll be rewarded for your hard work.Key duties will include: Supporting consultants in sourcing and recruiting education candidates for a range of roles. Conducting compliance checks, including background and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Managing candidate pipelines and assisting consultants with administrative tasks. Ensuring that all candidates meet the required standards and are placed in suitable roles.We're looking for someone who is eager to develop within a recruitment role and has a genuine passion for supporting education recruitment. Previous experience within education or health and social care recruitment is desirable, as well as competency in compliance and background checks.Desired Experience/Skills: Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the education or health and social care sectors. Strong understanding of compliance regulations and background checks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
