A well-established elderly care home in West Sussex are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and operational support during a transitional period. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and staff while ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality care.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care
Lead and motivate the care team, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism
Oversee daily operations, safeguarding protocols, and clinical governance
Support staff development and morale throughout the interim period
Build strong relationships with families, external agencies, and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and promote a person-centred approach to care
The ideal candidate will:
Be registered with the CQC or eligible for registration
Have proven experience managing residential care services for older adults
Demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in elderly care
Possess excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Be adaptable, solution-focused, and able to respond swiftly to operational challenges
Exhibit warmth, empathy, and a genuine commitment to quality care
