Update and develop NRW policy, procedure, process and Operational Guidance notes that covers subject matter. This will also include financial provision coverage for a small number of sites using High Activity Sealed Sources (HASS), as well as Waste Landfills. Confirm what Financial Provision mechanisms would be suitable going forward. Ensure appropriate financial provisions are in place for those permits that have FP condition requirements (satisfy secure, sufficient and available criteria). Review (and revise if appropriate) all landfill expenditure plans across the Landfill portfolio to ensure maximum exposure is covered. In particular, and working in tandem with the site officer, ensuring sufficient aftercare provision is provided for the following key categories: environmental monitoring capping cap maintenance leachate management and monitoring landfill gas management and monitoring surface water management site security producing site reports - performance report, surrender report and topographical surveys specified events
