With Music in Mind runs informal singing and social groups for anyone over 50.
The groups are fun and informal and no singing or musical experience is required.The first half consists of an hour of group singing which is followed by refreshments which are included in the price and an organised social activity or chat.
There are many well documented benefits of singing in a group. These include reduced stress, increased confidence, improved mental well being, reduced loneliness and improved memory.
Sessions cost £5.
First session is free.Carers accompanying a paying member attend free.
