Halloween Festival
Cosmeston Lakes Country Park and Medieval Village
23rd Oct 2021 - 31st Oct 2021
UNTIL Sunday 31st October
This October, Cosmeston Lakes Country Park in Penarth will come to life each evening as the Cosmeston Medieval Village and surroundings are transformed into a Halloween Festival.
It is believed that the original Cosmeston Village was abandoned in the 1340's but in 2021 you can meet many of its last remaining villagers and learn the story of its demise.
Ivar the village fool will introduce you to the Butcher, the Baker and even the Coffin Maker who will be present to guide you through an illuminated trail of the traditional buildings and fields around the village. You will experience this family-favourite park, after-dark and as never seen before. With breath-taking special effects, scary installations and experiences, there is something for the whole family to fear and enjoy together.
