Penarth is to see the return of a fashion outlet for at least three months – and it will be part of an arcade style venture that will feature opportunities to buy a wide variety of items.

The final touches are being applied to the venture set up in Windsor Road by Jacquie Dymock who currently runs an online fashion outlet.

Blayze Fashions will sell vintage clothing, jewellery and antiques and will open next Saturday (4 March).

It will be open from Tuesday to Saturday for a minimum of three months.

Mrs Dymock, who has previously run a shop in Penarth, said: "We will be selling ladies' fashions from the famous magic trousers, stunning silk dresses, cardigans and many ranges fitting from size 8-22."

A number of other traders will be taking part and hosting stall inside the premises at 33-35 Windsor Road, formerly the old Kitchener and Thomas shop.

"There will be, SHECAVE antiques, vintage clothing. record players and vinyls, rugs, tables mirrors," says Jacquie, who added: "There will also be a stall with candles in beautiful cup and saucers which are ideal for the coming Mother's Day, and we have vases, lip balms, organic other items including wax melts abd candles.

"And there's also a gadget stall.

"We chose Penarth as so many shops are closing and have closed, it's such a lovely little town so we are hoping to help bring some footfall back."
