I'm inviting you to a guided meditation session designed to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body.
We'll begin with gentle neck stretches, move into calming breathwork practices, and finish with a soothing guided meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
Perfect if you struggle with stress, focus, or sleep.
Suitable for all ages and abilities (children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult).
