A road closure has been announced in Penarth further along Windsor Road than the current works are based.

On the 25/02/2020 from 09:30 - 15:30 and on the 27/02/2020 from 19:30 - 06:00 Windsor Road will be closed from the former police station down to the roundabout.

At the beginning of February 2019, Richard Parry declared a four day festival of joy in the town of Penarth. Tonight, a one-day celebration will take place as well as planning for a 2021 reprise.

The Prince of Wales will visit Penarth's Marie Curie Hospice today as part of his itinerary in South Wales; His Royal Highness has also scheduled in time to visit victims of flooding in areas across the region.

HRH is a patron of Marie Curie and has supported the charity since 2003.
