New restrictions for pubs and restaurants have been announced by Mark Drakeford today, and will come into effect on Friday 4 December.
The new rules are that pubs, restaurants and cafés can open but are not allowed to serve alcohol and must shut at 6pm.
A memorial bench has been installed in Sully to commemorate the special bond between Casper the dog and Derek Tantum, a resident who passed away in September aged 80.

New coronavirus safety signage has been installed in the form of bollard covers.
The new covers urge shoppers to maintain a 2-metre distance, wear a face covering, to follow arrows and queue markers and to keep their hands clean.
Alistair Darby, CEO of Brains Brewery which owns The Windsor pub on Windsor Road, has spoken out against the new COVID-19 restrictions imposed on hospitality venues in Wales.

A planning proposal to build up to 133 homes on land just off Penarth Road is soon to be submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
The site was allocated for development in 2017 as part of the the Vale of Glamorgan's Local Development Plan, which referred to the location as a "greenfield site".
At least one year group has been sent home following a positive COVID-19 case at Albert Primary School. Reports suggest that further year groups are also self-isolating.
In an email sent to parents of children identified by track and trace as having been in close contact with the infected person, Head Teacher Andrew Gilbert said:
