Armed police are attempting to calm an irate man as he shouts from a window in Dinas Powys.
In an incident unfolding since midday, armed police were called to the scene and nearby homes have been evacuated.
Stanwell School will not require students to wear masks, the school has informed parents via email.

I find myself saying this over and over again on a miserable Sunday morning in Penarth.
Winds reached 80 mph last night and several trees were toppled.

With winds in Penarth reaching 80 mph, the town council has been forced to close the cemetery early for public safety.
They apologise for any inconvenience, but with reports of trees falling down in the area they were left with no choice.
A tree in Penarth, a victim of Storm Francis, has fallen and is blocking Windsor Road towards Cardiff.
Police officers at the scene tell Nub News they are waiting for the council to remove the tumbled tree.
New separated kerbside recycling bags and caddies are coming to Penarth in 2021.
The measure - which aims ease the sorting process, improve recycling efficiency and minimise waste - will entail residents sorting their own recycling between three new multicoloured receptacles.
A team of 28 volunteers took to Sully Beach yesterday (Sunday) afternoon, this time collecting 34 kg of rubbish from the shore.
Wielding litter pickers and bin bags, they not only clean the beach but also contribute to scientific awareness of ocean pollution in the process.
