The Role

Aspire People are looking for a qualified Minibus Driver to support education settings across Cardiff, transporting ALN/SEND pupils safely to and from various campuses.

The role may also involve providing transport for school sporting events and educational activities, making this a varied opportunity for an experienced driver looking to work within education.

What You'll Be Doing

Safely transporting ALN/SEND pupils to and from different campuses Supporting daily school and college transport requirements Providing transport for sporting events and activities when required Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils throughout journeys Completing required vehicle and journey checks Building positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff

Essential Requirements

Category D1 Driving Licence - essential MiDAS Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme - essential Experience transporting or working with children or young people is desirable Experience supporting ALN/SEND pupils is desirable Commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare A professional, reliable and responsible approach
