Mechanical Fitter Responsibilities:
Installing ancillary equipment.
Working with both basic hand-pump systems and 3-phase electrical installations
Basic soldering and wire assembly
Reading and working from wiring diagrams
Supporting the electrical and mechanical build of systems
Mechanical Fitter Experience Required:
Comfortable using a range of hand tools (spanners, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.)
Ideally have your own tools (a staff loan is available to help with this if needed)
Background in plumbing, mechanics, or electrical work is beneficial
Experience with wiring would be a significant advantage
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams is a plus
