Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based across Cardiff & surrounding areas. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Fabric maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is living in the area. In return the company are offering a competitive salary in the region of £32,000 + Van & Fuel Card & Package.

Hours of Work & Package Info

Basic Salary of up to £32,000

Van + Fuel Card provided Personal use available

Call out rota Standby call out allowance £105 per week

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Mobile Phone / Tablet for business use

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

Plumbing

Carpentry

Painting and Decorating

Flooring

Changing Locks

Hanging Doors

Maintain and update Log books

Arrange specialist sub-contractors

Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a building trade (desired)

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
